Audience Member A cute, and sometimes goofy film! I liked the use of the color special effects, though at times they were a bit silly. I also liked the audio special effects. Great setting and superb music! I think it helps that I am a letter carrier here in the United States, so I may have enjoyed this even more than others might! And it's good to see that postal management is the same, no matter what country you're in! ;-) Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member style over substance, but even the style isnt anything special. borrows a lot from amelie (or maybe moulin rouge) but it never creates the same atmosphere as either of those. there's also shockingly little genuine emotion for a movie about a woman so thoroughly unsatisfied with her life that she wants to escape to america. still, some great little moments and ideas. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member whimsical, quirky, romantic, funny, and eloquent Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member mischief and romance in the adventurous sense. it made me miss la habana. i also love the usage of black and white with select color saturations.
