In Islamic society, Adel (Abolfazi Poorarab) needs his mother to introduce him to the woman of his dreams, Nargess (Atefeh Razavi). Unfortunately, Adel's mother has shunned him due to his life of thieving. So when Adel's ex-lover and partner in crime, the aging Afagh (Farimah Farjami) -- who fears she has lost her beauty -- says she'll pretend to be his mother, Adel grabs the opportunity. However, in making this deal, Adel also promises to forgo an honest life and continue stealing.
