David W In my defence the poster lured me in when I first saw this. Well done to its marketing department for that at least but everyone else, except the special effect team, need to hang their heads. It could have been good as there was potential here despite its derivative nature. However, the clichéd plot and lousy dialogue, uneven acting (to be charitable) and wonky direction sink this 100 fathoms deep. There's worse of this ilk out there though and very undemanding retro sci-fi lovers may gleam some small enjoyment from it but probably not much... Rated 2 out of 5 stars 04/04/23 Full Review Audience Member I think a lot of people will absolutely miss the point of this show, and become over focused on the gore- it's a classic gory horror flick but it is also highly psychological and addresses the nature of the mind, time, space, grief, and human connection/ what it is to be human. Great Show, give it a shot in spite of the bad reviewers who really seriously need to go and read some classic sci-fi. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member This is a science-fiction movie inspired by a novella written by George R. R. MARTIN with an interesting storyline and special effects, but bad acting and mediocre directing (pointless voice-overs, plot dumps, confusing segments). Some parts seem to have been borrowed from 2001 : A Space Odyssey (KUBRICK 1968), others from Blade Runner (SCOTT 1982); even force-like lightning bolts (as seen in the Star Wars series) can be seen. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member This had some great scenes and some really bad ones. Not really sure what to think of this. Interesting and watchable but don't expect too much from the ending. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member the fx is pretty good for a movie on a budget... but for one thing. the "medical droid" actually being an armatron from radio shack, mounted upside down and lowered to work on the patient! hahaha for an example... http://www.samstoybox.com/toys/Armatron.html Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member Terrible movie about an inexplicably enormous space ship, in the distant "21st Century" with a skeleton crew. The movie is held together by only the barest semblance of a plot and for the most part plays out like a daytime soap opera.
