Ocasio-Cortez4prez2022 Must see for martial arts fans, fast and hard and brutal, Scott Adkins delivers in the best way. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 07/05/23 Full Review scott h If you love martial arts movies like Ong Bak, IP man or the Raid or Raid 2 the Ninja movies with Scott Adkins are a must. Scott Adkins has some of the best martial arts action sequences in his movies. Definitely one of the best martial artists I've ever seen Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/20/23 Full Review johnathon w Solid B-movie thanks mostly to Scott Adkins superb martial arts prowess and fight scenes. The plot and acting are nothing to write home about but the action is fun, and if you catch it on Tubi or Pluto, definitely not a waste of time. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Liam D Is it the greatest movie ever made no but for a Direct To DVD action movie its one of the best Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/12/21 Full Review Audience Member Ninja 2 joins the club of sequels that are better then the original film. This film has it all, classic 80s action with solid story and writing. Scott Atkins is always top notch with the fight scenes and this film is no exception. If you're a fan of 80s action and martial arts films like Enter the Ninja then I think you'll enjoy Ninja 2. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member This is a stand alone sequel to Scott Adkins' Ninja (2009); meaning you can easily watch this without ever having seen the original installment. In fact, this one is significantly better. Adkins returns as the westerner trained in the deadly art of Ninjitsu. When his wife is murdered he seeks revenge on the killers and is forced to return to his killing ways. This is about as good a "B" movie as you will ever see. it combines action, adventure, drama, revenge, and a campy self awareness that shows it understands when it is part of the joke. This is one of several films where Adkins teams with Director, Isaac Florentine, and perhaps it is the best one they did together. The fights with Kane Kosugi are top notch and may e some of the best fight choreography in any of Adkins' library of films. This one is great fun. Fast moving. Engaging. Enjoyable. Rated: 4/5 Jan 8, 2014 Full Review Emilie Black Cinema Crazed Overall, Ninja II is a solid entry in Scott Adkins’ career with good fights and a few emotions allowing him to stretch his acting muscles here and there throughout the film. Rated: 4/5 Sep 4, 2023 Full Review Brent McKnight The Last Thing I See "Ninja: Shadow of a Tear" owns its pure, old-school aesthetic, and creates a modern B-movie classic. Rated: A Jul 8, 2020 Full Review Andrew Pollard Starburst As good a martial arts film as we've seen since 2003's Ong-bak. Rated: 7/10 Apr 12, 2018 Full Review Victoria Luxford The National (UAE) If you can forgive the narrative scenes, there is plenty here for fans of old fashioned, one-man-army action movies.
