While the plot isn't particularly mind-blowing, it has a decent story and the film has plenty of action to keep it interesting most of the time. It's a light, fun, no-brain action film, but it should give you your fix if you have a craving for a cheesy action flick. It's humourous, sometimes even intentionally, and it blows up real good in the end... as it must do to divert attention. Not bad, not great. Two Sheens were good together, tho.
