No Code Of Conduct is cheesy nonsense, but it sure is fun cheesy nonsense. While the plot isn't particularly mind-blowing, it has a decent story and the film has plenty of action to keep it interesting most of the time. It's a light, fun, no-brain action film, but it should give you your fix if you have a craving for a cheesy action flick.

Cop flick with The Chairman and both Sheens directed by a member of Poison. It's humourous, sometimes even intentionally, and it blows up real good in the end... as it must do to divert attention. Not bad, not great. Two Sheens were good together, tho.
