In this black comedy, the employees of a pharmaceutical company are invited to a party to celebrate the release of a new product. But when they find themselves participating in a series of training drills in the days prior, rumors begin to spread that company president Philippe Muller (Pascal Greggory) may be downsizing the company before he sells it. With one last chance to impress their boss, the employees -- including Natacha (Mélanie Doutey) -- must prove their worth by any means necessary.

Audience Member Une societe pharmaceutique organise une session de coaching pour son personnel, avec pour ambiance un coktail organisà (C) dans un château. Entre discussions conviviales, evaluations et rumeurs, lâ(TM)atmosphere est plutôt tendue. Y a-t-il une raison cachee à cette seance particulière ? On se demande dâ(TM)abord où on tombe, le rythme à (C)tant lent et pas très engageant. Ensuite ça recommence, avec un autre point de vue. Puis encore une fois. Et ce qui nâ(TM)aurait pu être quâ(TM)une rà (C)pà (C)tition banale devient un moyen ludique de soulever le voile sur les situations et de faire apparaà (R)tre les visages de chacun.
