A perfect example of how entire communities suffer when the cops are as corrupt as the criminals, something we've seen on full display all too often in the last few years. It neither justifies the police of corruption nor points to a complete lack of hope for improvement. Rather the film is a call to accountability, honesty, and systemic change.
