Carole W @Carroll123 1d A great B movie. This is Not a 90 minute nonstop action movie. The main character, a retired cop, reluctantly divorced, is trying to be his best self in spite of it. Best friend is played by Tyrese Gibson. Isaiah Washington plays his bartender/owner friend, which i wish he had a bit bigger role bc Im a fan of his as well. I cant remember if its rated R, it wasnt as gory as some of the John Wick franchise scenes Ive seen imho. This is the first time Ive seen Michael Jai White in a major role; i learned later that he is a martial arts expert, even though this was not a martial arts movie per se. See more Abdelhadi Z @Cinemazzzz Jan 21 Plothad so much potential but the direction and specially the action scenes edit was terrible, I mean by now you would expect from all action and crime films how to edit an action scene but pauses on faces before pulling guns for a second or 2 to get a reaction of an actor kills the momentum of sequel. Moreover, the drug abuse scene was disconnected from reality, a drug user dont let drugs go to waste and you cant overdose from smoking amphitamines, do a little research, not a single person from the crew notified them about that. the scene of the press release, the director wanted all the reporters to stay seated for the blocking rather than seeing them run after a good story, all of them stretching their arms, cracked me up, well, at least I got a laugh from watching this part See more Rohan L @Rohan296 Jan 19 Oscar Shaw was absolutely terrible.
