08/01/2014 Mediocre comedy about a LA family who has had enough of the big city and decides to pick up stakes and move to a remote area in Oregon only to have a flood wash their new life away. When back in the city, the radio broadcast gives a grim picture of urban life in its news headlines. 30 years later, we now know that acid rain is no longer a problem. See more 12/30/2013 Suburban family departs the urban blight and heads to the wilderness of Oregon to start a new life. Scattershot family comedy effort manages a few laughs and zany characters but not much more with children who add little but complaining to the proceedings.
