Um filme inspirado em fato real, que o navio Queen Mary quase virou de cabeça para baixo. Lembra também o caso de Titanic. MAs as cenas no interior do navio, lembra mais o filme Inferno na Torre. O navio vira de cabeça para baixo, depois de ser atingido por uma onda gigante. A maioria dos passageiros estão no salão de festa jantar do navio. Mas um grupo liderado por Dylan (Lucas) e Robert (Russell)começam buscar a sala das hélices do navio. Com boas cenas que te deixa tenso, bons efeitos e CGI e atuações dos atores. É claro que nesta jornada, vidas vão se perdendo, sobrando alguns. Quem serão? Quem se sacrifica pelo grupo? quem é deixado? Kurt Russell, Josh Lucas, Richard Dreyfuss, Emmy Rossum, Mike Vogel, Jacinda Barrett, Jimmy Buffett, Mia Maestro, and the rest of the cast did a great job in this movie. The plot of the movie was dramatic and intense. It's pretty much the same story as the original of a group of people fighting to survive and getting to safety after a rogue wave tips a cruise ship over. If you haven't seen this movie yet, check it out sometime. It's worth watching. Don't listen to the bad reviews this movie has gotten, those people have terrible tastes in movies. See more Brad S. See more bill k 11/27/2024 how does anyone say this movie is entertaining it begins with everyone celebrating New Years eve in the middle of the ocean ( how big is this ocean!!!!!!!!!!! ) seriously???!!!!!. the acting is terrible. the special effects look cheap, the dialogue is cheesy, and why do they introduce to characters only to kill them off that's no way to get us invested all the characters are bland and lifeless I actually just rooted for everyone to die none of them were likable and especially not that captain who literal is responsible for having most of the people drown thanks a lot this movie is a travesty and the worst remake since psycho 2/10 See more Gorptholemew T 11/21/2024 🍀 5.8/10 That Motha fucka looks exactly like Ethan Hawk. It doesn’t waste any time getting you into the action which isn’t particularly a positive. But the flip scene definitely has a lot of budget put into it. it looks great. It definitely stress inducing and it has some alright characters especially Josh Lucas‘s character. It’s definitely good at what it does. but if you’re looking for something more put together, it can get rather repetitive and stale in its execution. Otherwise, I’d say it’s a fun enough way to shed some time. Plus pretty violent for today’s standards of
