This is sort of grunge sci-fi. Dirty, messy full of slime and shite. The specials are well done and the cinematography is very good. Then there are the characters - and do we believe them or identify in some way with them? and I suppose so by the end of the film. Spoiler alert - the teenage girl who forges a bond through adversity with the man who killed her father? That’s the main premise but you have to suspend disbelief a fair bit. Pedro Pascal is an actor I’ve not come across before but he did a pretty good job.

British low-budget film making at its best. If you liked Moon, or any other intelligent Sci-Fi that doesn't rely upon lots of SFX and fight scenes, then this is for you. Good acting and good immersion.

OK-ish low budget sci-fi. Actually, looks like a casting for The Last Of Us. The same story -- Pedro Pascal, a girl that is not his daughter, building relationships, post-apocalyptic world (an other planet, but whatsoever), etc.
