Anil Sinanan Time Out This works in the film's favour: it's loud, crude and unpretentious. Rated: 3/5 Oct 21, 2017 Full Review Shubhra Gupta The Indian Express What really kills this film is that its nonsense is neither inventive nor high energy. Rated: 1/5 May 8, 2015 Full Review Namrata Joshi Outlook I was unprepared for the unadulterated gunk I had to wade through on the screen. Rated: 1/4 May 8, 2015 Full Review Mayank Shekhar Hindustan Times Between the action sequences, one-liners, songs, and Salman making an entry in slo-mo in almost every scene, anything else you may hear about this critic-proof flick is of unnecessary academic interest alone. Rated: 2/5 May 8, 2015 Full Review Nikhat Kazmi The Times of India Go celebrate the cornball comic display by Salman Khan. Rated: 3/5 May 8, 2015 Full Review R. Paul Dhillon Georgia Straight Yet another lazy farce from hack director Anees Bazmee that leaves a sour taste in your mouth despite loads of charm and coolness from Khan. Asjad F Amazing movie story to salman sir to direction to comedy everything was good Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/15/22 Full Review Audience Member Let's just say this is the reason why creative movie ideas like, 'Chichorre' are so rare. Seriously, this dude is so old, he's still making movies, and his films can guarantee physics do not work around him. Man, seriously before 2003, he was making great films like 'Andaz Apna Apna', and now he's making movies in which he is pretending to have the strength of God himself. Even scriptwriters should get better at this stuff. Who the hell wants to see a movie where a policeman fighting a whole (and I am NOT exaggerating here.) gang of 50 people. While his wife is captured. And the villain has a LOT of backup. And the battleground is set on fire. With cars exploding. You get the point. Please try to make better films or at least have a nice cast. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Amazing to see how one person can change a whole family :) Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Can watch it endless number of times and still laugh hard. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Ahmed M The story might not be that great, but leave it to Anees Bazmee, and Paresh Rawal to do the rest of the work. Surprisingly enough, you would expect since Salman Khan is the lead actor in this movie, he would be the funniest, nope, Paresh Rawal like always steals the show for the time he is present. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 05/30/16 Full Review Audience Member Silly throughout, but doesn't pretend to be anything else. Some great music. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Read all reviews
