Endora S Love this movie. Have been watching it regularly for years and decided it needed a better rating. It's very fresh, it has a good story it's action-packed and it's refreshing to see a horror with believable characters that seem like people you'd know from a poorer neighbourhood being relatable. I admit the first time I saw this movie I was looking for a horror movie but was not disappointed. It's exciting, has horror concepts it's legit like watching a live-action anime. Love this movie so much it's right up there with Tombstone for me. The only part I didn't like was the last 3 minutes the last 3 minutes always engage my world because I want there to be another... Like Space Dandy, it ends in such a way its out of the question so like they say about Dante's Inferno (don't read the first book before Inferno or Paradiso if you a fan) Skip the last 3 minutes otherwise it's a fin ghost vampire action-packed tale told beautifully with the harsh input of modern society. No laughs to be found here like in the old Mr. Vampire movies, just eerie horror played straight. It actually works pretty well and makes for an interesting watch. The special effects are Hollywood level. The ending is a bit nihilistic but is in line with the feel of the rest of the film. Worth seeing.
