DanTheMan 2 Look, pretty much every Andy Sidaris movie is a variation on an established formula so if you don't like one, you most certainly won't like the rest. Savage Beach is no exception and while it may take itself a bit more seriously than what I witnessed in Hard Ticket to Hawaii, it's still extraordinary fun, you get the guns, you get the girls and you get the boobs... what else do you need? Rated 3 out of 5 stars 07/31/23 Full Review Jens B I had to try four times to stay awake and finish the movie although this is not entirely the movie's fault. "Savage Beach" just has this super relaxed feel about it, everything is so chill! I don't know, I guess I'll watch the others.. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 04/24/23 Full Review Audience Member "Japanese sure picked a helluva a savage beach to crash their boat on!" Al Leong ("Big Trouble in Little China", "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure", "Last Action Hero") and Teri Weigel ("Predator 2", "Return of the Killer Tomatoes", "I Banged Your Mother 5", "Interracial Gloryhole Initiations 7") are among those those who star in this action-adventure film which finds Amelia Earhart-wannabe drug agents battling war-era treasure hunters in the South Pacific. As this is an Andy Sedaris work, the film could really be classified as more of a sex-comedy with its tongue-in-cheek approach; Lisa London's short segment was the most satisfying. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member Perfectly ridiculous Andy Sidaris action film is fun in a dumb sort of way. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member This one is just bad. I enjoy Andy Sidaris films for being ridiculous and cheesy but Savage Beach is boring and dumb. I would skip this one. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member Savage Beach is another action movie from the early 80's/late 90's directed by the great Andy Sidaris. His movies are featured in the Bullets, Bombs, and Babes collection on DVD (also known as Guns, Girls, and G-Strings). They're all pretty much the same, and some are better than others. They all feature some kind of plot with villains trying to smuggle jewels and/or drugs and it's up to a bunch of half naked (and naked) undercover bimbo cops to stop them. There are lots of explosions, decent action, and as always, lots of nudity. These movies are often criticized for how awful they are, but they're fun if you're in the right frame of mind. Most of the women are Playboy models, so it's not like the women on display are less than favorable. This one is like the rest, fun and entertaining, and worth a watch for fans of bad movies.
