Shaheed B When it comes to Scooby Doo movies, this is actually one of my favorites, I actually like every second of this movie from the beginning to the end. From the starting it felt like they were on an adventure so it gave that Mystery solving vibe and not just the beginning but the entire movie. Like how eerie it was then they saw the Nile was empty. Uhm...so the Sphinx is the middle of no where? Where is the infrastructure? Even when that team that reminds me of Trinity from Tomb Raider came it still felt like a mystery. When they were getting chased the zombie mummies had colours that actually looked like Velma so it was kind of a clue, I don't know was it coincidence or was it done on purpose? What I really like about this movie is that they had two storylines that did happen, one with Shaggy and Scooby going to the lost city where they uncover what happened to the water in the Nile and then we had the main story with Cleopatra and the Trinity group. The final reveal actually suprised me, at one point I was thinking it could be Velma because no member of the Scooby Gang gets kidnapped but this time she did so I was kind of suspicious but I then I thought to myself, nope can't be, so when it came to the big reveal I actually wasn't disappointed at all. This is a very exciting movie, it definitely was an adventure, if they would make a live action of Scooby Doo, I would love to see them make one out of this movie, the whole aesthetic of Egypt, the tombs and even all the things like sand storms and locus and the river bring dry would be awesome to see, what would really be awesome to see is Gillian Anderson play the leader the Trinity group for this movie, she would fit absolutely perfect. This movie has all the infamous classic lines and scenes, like Velma loosing her glasses, Scooby Doo and Shaggy with the Scooby snacks, Scooby Doo where are you? And the ending final quote, it has every you want in a Scooby Doo movie. Even though the animation in 2D looks aged as if it's older than the actual release date, seeing how everything looks in Egypt looked amazing. The sound in this movie actually exceeded my expectations, the sound effects was really good and the music matched absolutely perfectly, especially when they were being chased the music and sound effects was perfect. What I didn't like though was the comment about one of the characters name, I found it quite insulting to discriminate a name from another country, it should actually have been cut from this movie. This is a really fun movie with double the mystery being solved, it's one of the best Scooby Doo movies. Where's my Mummy is probably one of the most unpredictable and clever Scooby-Doo movies ever. It is interesting and original too. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Mainly for younger viewers but still worth a watch . The end is quite surprising and is probably the best part of the film .
