Sciberras’ direction keeps you in the picture, enabling you to keep track of the damage and effecting a rise in your pulse rate. The script even finds time for some human interest...but none of it is enough to eclipse the plot’s basic implausibility.

Please for the love of all things holy, consult someone who has at least picked up a firearm before torturing your audience with some of the worst tactical actions I have ever seen. Thrusting your rifle forward when firing does not make it shoot faster (or whatever). Wooden line delivery. Terrible plot. Any person who has seen any sort of service will cry from frustration watching this. "Highly trained snipers" would not in a month of Sundays profile themselves in a window with light behind. The list could go on and on… go and make a cup of tea to avoid this movie.

Terrible. The acting, the plot, the production. All so amateurish and cringe. It was like a bad episode of Home and Away with guns and guts. Hopefully this doesn’t further tarnish whatever is left of Australia’s film industry reputation abroad.

The worst. Bad plot, Bad direction, bad everything. Actors not handling firearms remotely correctly. Not believable as military trained. Sniper thriller with people shot through the crack in a window while taking cover in a house, but then characters walking around in open fields half the time. Looks like it was directed by a 12 year old. Can't tell if the actors are good. They didn't have a chance.

Less in your face, less testosterone and more character nuance than the usual shoot em up. Given it was almost all set in one location the tension carried you through to the end.

I was interested until it got silly, about 10 minutes in. The plot was not believable. The actions and choices of the characters were frustratingly dumb. The antagonist was named after the Thai prepubescent war lord from Tropic Thunder. The Italian female sniper turned up with perfect make up. Basically, bad. Not because of the low budget but because the direction and story telling lacked integrity and the art of a suspenseful action thriller was not executed.
