      What to Know

      Critics Consensus

She's Out of My League has moments of humor and insight, but it's bogged down by excessive vulgarity and cartoonishness.

Zach Funny, relatable, and a good movies for several occasions. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/11/24 Full Review The H well, it is a 5, a hard 5 Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 11/05/23 Full Review Chris M Everyone tells him that she's out of his league, over and over again. In fact that's the only joke. She's gorgeous and he's average. It wasn't funny the first time and it's not funny the 100th time they tell it. His friend Shane is a massive jerk. Honestly with all the "vulgar" language, why not have a little skin? You know if the movie is going to be R anyone for something stupid, then EARN that R rating. Even if it's background nudity like a locker room or something. But this is a PG-13 Rom-Com given an R-Rating just for something as stupid as the delusion that only movies have this kind of language. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 10/11/23 Full Review Aaron S A movie that reminds me how long ago 2010 was. It feels like a late 90s movie with more cursing or something. She's Out of My League is charming, fun to watch, and not smart in really any way. The cast is great, the jokes are alright, and Alice Eve is definitely cute. It's a great Saturday afternoon movie and nothing more - and that's just fine. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 09/01/23 Full Review Ian P Absolutely hilarious, and Very original. A rom com made for men, my second favorite of all time. If you haven't seen it, ignore the bad reviews and give it a shot. A fantastic movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/28/23 Full Review patrick f This movie is a juvenile raunch fest. But if you like that style of comedy you will enjoy this movie. I did for the most part. It's not a great story, but it at least attempts at having a heart and a good message, mainly just be yourself and that's good enough. Jay Baruchel plays the same character in every movie he's in, but he's usually charming in a dorky way and this movie is no different. TJ Miller steals the show. The female characters could have been better served with some more things to do/say, but Krysten Ritter had some funny moments. All in all a decent raunchy comedy. Worth a watch.
