The film not only explores the fruitlessness of trying to stabilize shorelines that nature prefers to keep in flux, but it also looks at issues like who benefits from, and who pays for, these expensive efforts. Go to Full Review

01/14/2015 Moves a little slower than necessary but still a good movie and worth the watch. See more 08/27/2013 This was an excellent documentary about coastal erosion and sea level rise in New Jersey and North Carolina. Very well made. It draws attention to the ridiculous amount of federal dollars being used to shore up the seaside homes of the wealthy, while middle class / working class areas that are not similarly protected are destroyed.
