Richard Propes TheIndependentCritic.com Kuenne lenses the film beautifully, his images matching perfectly with his at times elegant and at times haunting original composition. Rated: 3.5/4.0 Sep 23, 2020 Full Review Jeff Mitchell Phoenix Film Festival Shuffle deals an affecting time travel story. Rated: 3.5/4 Mar 28, 2020 Full Review Eric Melin Scene-Stealers.com Kuenne's screenplay has some great twists and surprising moments that illuminate its main character, proving that he has the chops to make more than merely genre film, but the ending overdoses on saccharine and overreaches. Rated: 2.5/4 Sep 12, 2012 Full Review Mike McGranaghan Aisle Seat I'm willing to overlook a film's flaws a little bit if it's clearly aiming high in what it wants to do. Shuffle is indeed flawed, yet it is also intriguing and different. Rated: 2.5/4 Aug 23, 2012 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Really good movie. Especially if you want to cry. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie was different... and really made you think about the various choices we make in life as to when to hold tight, when to let go and when to move on. All woven in a uniquely engaging and creative style of ordered chaos. Strongly recommended for those looking for something refreshing and intelligent. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review corkball intriguing intro, nice build up... but the ending went nowhere and just fell apart. It was a fine movie that got wrecked by its ending. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review don s A sci-fi drama that begins a bit slowly, but once the character (and you) figure out what is going on, the pace really picks up and the results are worthwhile. Has a bit of romance in it also. If you like the TV show Bones, you'll find a couple of actors here you know well. TJ Thyne holds his own in the lead role - not very dynamic, but decent. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review paul s This was a solid 4 stars for me, but it still fell short in some ways that would have perfected the movie. The manner of story telling was quite clever, and I think many different types of movies could be made employing a similar approach. I could feel the amateur qualities of this piece with the acting and the movie, but it was still quite interesting nonetheless. I really feel that the idea here could be remarkable if it were remade in the right hands. It was worth my time to watch it once. This movie would seem a great stepping stone career wise for some of the folks involved in making it. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member In more than a few ways, this film is clever. The problem I had with Kurt Kuenne's film is having the main character speak to the audience. This is a challenging proposition for any film. Very few filmmakers and actors can get away with it. Kuenne and Thyne do not. It feels as if the film is winking at us as it propels us through would could have been a unique and interesting cinematic puzzle. Still, considering the low budget, it should not be viewed as a failure and T.J. Thyne is a very likable actor. Maybe next time. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Read all reviews
