Despite its high percentage of Jewish residents, neo-Nazi Frank Collin (George Dzundza) chooses Skokie, Ill., as an appropriate place for him and his followers to stage a rally. The local Jewish community -- among them more than a few Holocaust survivors -- objects, but they're divided as to how they should respond. Some are in favor of simply ignoring the action, thereby denying the Nazi group any additional press, but others think direct confrontation is both necessary and desirable.
