Audience Member A slow, boring, talky drama about some high school Japanese call boys who are straight, confused, and no fun to watch. When their male customer says "You boys are boring and are only in it for the money" my thoughts were "Yes, only the director knows what this movie is about but whatever it is, we don't care." Director Ryosuke Hashiguchi seems to direct the movie on the fly and it's in badly need of editing. He holds the camera on the actors who seem to be improvising but the scenes are so carelessly filmed. It's meant to be a slice of life but I checked out halfway and only watched until the end to try to understand what this movie is about....nothing. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member so delicately portrayed, a clever film on homosexuality that you could see only once in a while Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member cleverly and precisly captured the human interactin and dynamic. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member I understood it the most way, it was awesome! Deffinitly worth watching a 2nd 3rd and 4th time =) Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member I'd be lying if I said I understood it all the way. But I did feel for the characters, which gets it up here! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Read all reviews
