Rosalina B Terrible. The dialogue between the characters was too fast and not at all authentic. It should have had that beautiful southern charm, and organic chemistry that shows through the actors. Objectively, it’s difficult to not be biased to the original. However, when using the original as a benchmark and not directional, the original still outshines the new version. The tones, the chaos, the sadness, the conversations between the characters, etc., in the new film seem forced. I had to pretty much turn it off half way.
