      Reviews During a night on the town with her pretentious husband-to-be, Henry Greene (George Meeker), down-to-earth southern gal Isabelle Perry (Sidney Fox) catches the eye of Gus Di Ruvo (Paul Lukas), a smooth-talking opera singer. When an enraged Greene scolds Perry for dancing with Di Ruvo, she promptly rejects his marriage proposal, bids him farewell and stays at the bar with Di Ruvo and his friends.
