Audience Member The best movie song ever sung: A Kiss to Build a Dream On! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member MGM's film noir with music features a strong performance from Mickey Rooney and the Oscar-nominated song "A Kiss To Build A Dream On," performed three times in the film, including once by Louis Armstrong. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member great location shots highlite this drama Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member A good film with a very fine performance by Mickey Rooney as a drummer fresh home from Korea and a veterans hospital who hits the Strip to try and restart his life but gets tangled up instead in the underworld and a midguided love affair. This just teeters on film noir but not quite - never the less was enjoyable and the cherry on the top was several musical numbers by the famous Louis Armstrong. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Very good Noir piece, with a wonderful cast and soundtrack. Louis Armstrong's performance during 'Kiss to Build a Dream On' is really endearing. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
