I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that The Hale Manor Collective is one of the true, talent-filled ensembles we have here in the United States. Few other teams can match Hale Manor's grit, writing and producing talent. Land of College Prophets is one of the most inspiring films to be released on the DVD stage, simply because it gives the hope that original material can still be created. Big Hollywood is up to its knees in remakes because it doesn't have the balls to try something original. College Prophets is a unique film in that it carries an underlining truth throughout it, one that's never overshadowed by the action and witty dialogue. This is one truly beautiful piece of work that I urge every filmlover to experience, and one that will be a cult favorite for many, many years. I anxiously await the next offering from Thomas Edward Seymour and the boys.

My eternal quest for super-trashy, god-awful movies led me to the 'The Land Of College Prophets'. This supposedly "cult indie flick" is neither good enough to be thrilling nor bad enough to be funny. It treads the boring mid-way. The film is 'bout two tough college guys trying to fight evil monsters brought to life by an ancient sinister well. There is ample bloodshed in film & after a while it just gets a bit tedious. The problem with the film is that itâs just not cheesy enough to be funny. I wouldnât recommend it.

OMG no one has commented or rated this yet!? This is an artistic movie, very different type of film making. You really have to watch it to see the brilliance behind it. Very good story telling.
