Audience Member A low budget endeavour that although isn't particularly well made but it is beaming with passion for the man. Jacques Tati was a very unique man of cinema & made films like no one else & this doco chronicles his rise & fall in cinema...his fall being Playtime 1967 where he built the whole city set & lots millions on it. The film also shows the impact of Tati around the world & surprisingly the US. He made films so simply & genuinely funny that they stayed with you, he is & always will be an icon of cinema. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member THE best film on Jacques Tati, he was on of a kind and this documentary is wonderful. See it.
