jwcdood THE TOUCH is extremely low budget and, in 2023, a very dated production perfectly reflecting the low class skanky stink (pee-yew) of cheap casinos. If it would have been a big budget production with a better screenplay set in a high roller, Las Vegas casino, it could have been a 4 star flick (but alas, c'est la vie...only "if"). For those into Kevin Costner, this very early movie may be a lot of fun. But, for those into "the movie"? There's obviously lots better fare available. This film makes Ishtar and Gigli look like masterpieces. The U.S. Government should use this to replace waterboarding , I'm sure it would be more effective. As I watched it I didn't think it could get worse, it did. I just hope I can remove it from my consciousness.
