Kristen Lopez Culturess The Accountant is messier than its multitude of gunshot wounds to the head. Nov 20, 2017 Full Review Stephen Romei The Australian Unfortunately this one runs out of steam and becomes more of a shoot now, ask questions later (or never) flick. Rated: 2.5/5 Nov 14, 2016 Full Review Charlotte O'Sullivan London Evening Standard At least, in its determinedly populist way, this violent character study makes you think. Rated: 3/5 Nov 9, 2016 Full Review Jesse Hassenger Decider The Accountant is a ridiculous movie with at least one subplot too many and a genuine murkiness about why, after all this, Christian Wolff wants to launder money for a living. Mar 28, 2024 Full Review Zach Pope Zach Pope Reviews One of the coolest Action Thrillers in along time. Ben Affleck proves his strengths as a leading actor Aug 7, 2023 Full Review Keith Garlington Keith & the Movies “The Accountant” does plenty right – a good cast with good performances, bursts of intense well-shot action (occasionally laced with bits of dry humor), a dense but thoughtful story. Seth M Really loved it. Should be a franchise Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 12/23/21 Full Review Carrie B Great movie!! Highly recommend watching it! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/14/25 Full Review Audience Member I recently watched the film in preparation for its upcoming sequel and found it to be a compelling cinematic experience. The movie boasts exceptional acting and an engaging plot, which significantly contribute to its overall appeal. However, I believe the character portrayed by Anna Kendrick could be omitted without affecting the storyline. Ms. Kendrick delivered a stellar performance, but her role appears to add little to the narrative’s progression or resolution. Similarly, a few other characters could potentially be removed with minimal impact on the plot. Despite these observations, I thoroughly enjoyed the film and reflect on it positively. My enthusiasm for the sequel has only increased as I wait for it release. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 04/13/25 Full Review Max W This is a film where every actor finds their place perfectly. The Accountant offers plenty of appeal and impact for fans of intense, brooding action thrillers. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/13/25 Full Review André R Filme é ótimo em todos os sentidos. Inteligente e com ação no ponto certo. Aguardo a continuação. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/06/25 Full Review J H An action drama for math nerds. You know who you are.
