Hargie M By the end, "The Autopsy of Jane Doe" left me shaken and breathless. The limited perspective keeps you guessing until the very last scene, and the ambiguity of the ending will stay with you long after the credits roll. It's not a movie for the faint of heart, but for those seeking a truly immersive and unsettling experience, it's a must-watch. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 04/26/24 Full Review T T From beginning to end it will have you on the edge of your seat, it takes a lot to get me with the jump factor, there are definitely some of those! Would highly recommend! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/23/24 Full Review Nate A A claustrophobic creep-fest, an innovative "creature," a believable, effective setting, and sympathetic, earnest performances from the leading duo. Well worth the watch for fans of slow-build horror. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/13/24 Full Review Ha T A thrilling build up of tense atmosphere with supernatural elements and unusual open ending; definitely keep you on edge of your seat! Very well crafted production. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 04/08/24 Full Review Milla F Really good!! But would've wanted the sheriff to find like a memory card from the camera, that would have made this movie a 5/5⭐️ Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 04/05/24 Full Review Joshua F Very disturbing with some good jumpscares Rated 3 out of 5 stars 04/03/24 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Donald Clarke Irish Times Fans of the genre will rejoice in the rare sight of a new kind of threat. They will celebrate further at the director's success in satisfactorily exploiting a challenging premise. Rated: 4/5 Apr 1, 2017 Full Review Ed Potton Times (UK) This chilling chamber piece from the Norwegian director Andr Ovredal is an exercise in restrained horror. Rated: 4/5 Mar 31, 2017 Full Review Mike McCahill Guardian The second half is merely morbid runaround, punctuating its soundtrack crashes with self-justifying footnotes on historical misogyny. Rated: 2/5 Mar 30, 2017 Full Review Erick Estrada Cinegarage In this horror story much closer in spirit to Stephen King's novels than to cheap horror films, Ørvedal makes us feel and live with his revenge nightmare that which others (particularly women) have lived and felt. [Full review in Spanish] Apr 26, 2023 Full Review Brian Eggert Deep Focus Review The movies early, slow-burning potential is squandered by its adherence to popular genre tropes, all of which seem underwhelming after the first two-thirds. Rated: 2/4 Apr 5, 2022 Full Review Jason Adams My New Plaid Pants It redefines gooseflesh. Hell your scalp will crawl right off of you and into the seat beside you and then demand some of your popcorn, if you let it. Jul 2, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews
