Donald Clarke Irish Times Fans of the genre will rejoice in the rare sight of a new kind of threat. They will celebrate further at the director's success in satisfactorily exploiting a challenging premise. Rated: 4/5 Apr 1, 2017 Full Review Ed Potton Times (UK) This chilling chamber piece from the Norwegian director Andr Ovredal is an exercise in restrained horror. Rated: 4/5 Mar 31, 2017 Full Review Mike McCahill Guardian The second half is merely morbid runaround, punctuating its soundtrack crashes with self-justifying footnotes on historical misogyny. Rated: 2/5 Mar 30, 2017 Full Review Erick Estrada Cinegarage In this horror story much closer in spirit to Stephen King's novels than to cheap horror films, Ørvedal makes us feel and live with his revenge nightmare that which others (particularly women) have lived and felt. [Full review in Spanish] Apr 26, 2023 Full Review Brian Eggert Deep Focus Review The movies early, slow-burning potential is squandered by its adherence to popular genre tropes, all of which seem underwhelming after the first two-thirds. Rated: 2/4 Apr 5, 2022 Full Review Jason Adams My New Plaid Pants It redefines gooseflesh. Hell your scalp will crawl right off of you and into the seat beside you and then demand some of your popcorn, if you let it. Jul 2, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews

Tasha L One of the only horrors to actually scare me. Good plot but I think once you figured out what was going on the suspenseful aspect kind of dissipated. Good watch over all though Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 12/09/24 Full Review Roger M F This is one of the most unique and fascinating horror movies out there. I've seen it about 20 times and I enjoy it every time. It's not your typical horror movie. Those intelligent enough will appreciate the learning elements this movie offers. As father and son are performing the autopsy they talk between them and can't make sense of what they are seeing, they tell you what a normal autopsy would look like, what to expect etc etc. If you pay close attention you will learn a thing or two about human anatomy. Not sure if this was done on purpose but I really appreciated it a lot. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/29/24 Full Review Anthony S Ruthless movie, scared the crud out of me. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/27/24 Full Review Damian M A great gem with a not so common horror done in a unique way, mystery flows great, fans of occult rejoice. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 11/23/24 Full Review Samm 2 Interesting movie, great acting and wonderful directing! Maybe the ending it's not that good, but still a good movie for me. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 11/19/24 Full Review Harshit K Great horror movie. I watched it with my friends last night Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 12/17/24 Full Review Read all reviews
