The movie jumps you into what is to be expected within the first few minutes, by the time that they bring in the plot you have already subjected yourself to what’s to come buy they compound it with morbid sprinkles of horror lore and they build the suspense that will keep you watching just to find out what happens. Anthropology enthusiast will no doubt love this movie or at least love to pick it apart. The movie was original, recognizable characters, and a constant fear of something about to jump out and scare you. Wouldn’t recommend for children lol.

Imagine Stephen King reworking the premise of Salem's Lot but constrained to the format of The Autopsy in Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities: Episode 3. It was refreshingly clinical in its gore and the audio was on par with the visuals - make sure you watch this with a proper sound system! Very little fat on this story and the production quality was outstanding, Cox and Hirsch were awesome. I watched this with my 14 year old son on a remote island and we were not dissapointed!
