Oh, what a loss to the world when John Lennon was murdered and cruel cancer took George Harrison. This was a deep dive into the love, collaboration, and amazing creativity of that iconic, never-to-be-matched band.

I have been a lifelong Beatles fan. I love every album they have released and I truly believe each member is a genius. With that said, this series is too long. The ridiculous amount of them messing around and not actually working is tedious and boring. We get it; they didn't want to be a band any longer. About two hours could have been cut, in my opinion, of John and Paul trying to one-up each other. Overall, it's a great piece of history but yeah, too long.

During songs like Get Back and I’ve Got A Feeling, Lennon and McCartney send a chill down the collective spine as they start harmonising perfectly, staring at each other with affection as they rekindle the magic sound that conquered the known world.

The performance itself is what it is, but the real delight is hearing the reactions of those in the street with the real heroes being the two police officers. Responding to noise complaints, they unwittingly step in from the street and into history.
