Mindy J I see people giving this a low score for animation, it honestly didn't bother me. My 3 kids from 3-10 in age all loved it. We've read the books many times and they did such a good job. This is such a sweet simple telling of the book. Unlike a lot of kid shows with a million frames per second, flashing lights and changing scenes, this follows along their adventure slowly but is still entertaining and holds your attention. With a lot of shows having their main characters act entitled and bratty the main characters good attitudes and perseverance is refreshing! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/12/25 Full Review arjay m great film the reason this isn't 5 stars is the animation it seems wacky besides that this is a perfect family friendly film. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 09/10/24 Full Review Brooke This is an incredibly unforgettable move, definitely one of my favorites. It does a great job of telling the story of the original book and I have watched it several times. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/19/23 Full Review Audience Member The greatest 01 hour: and 26 minutes ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member 0/10 the animation sucked I have no idea how it has 65% but one time a kid ate a piece of bread and it came out his mouth with no bite, but 7 seconds later there was a bite in the bread. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member I watched The Boxcar Children with two of my grandchildren (ages 6 and 8) and we all loved the movie. I am hoping this will inspire them to read the books. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Read all reviews
