Robert N This film makes me reconsider Biblical prophecy. Maybe we really are living in "a time of the signs." If there was ever a time with an apparent convergence of the prophetic signs described by Jesus in the New Testament, then it would seem that the world of today fits much of the criteria. I have some concern about the apparent increased seismic activity mentioned in the film. I just don't like graphs that make relatively benign data appear more significant. It might have been good to have a seismologist talk about the data. The film is evocative, and worth watching regardless of one's religious beliefs. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member This was a must see movie to anyone looking for a future and more importantly interested in Biblical Prophecy. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member This reminds me of a History channel documentary. It is based on Bible scriptures written thousands of years ago prophesying future events that are currently being fulfilled. The Bible prophecies have been 100% accurate. This documentary movie is very interesting and it is a warning to the world of what to expect! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 05/13/18 Full Review Audience Member Where there are some truths with the things mentioned in this film (The coming convergence), they are taken out of context to produce an overall narrative which is quite common among those proclaiming horror and its related escape via Rapture etc. Their accumulation into an Apocalypse even however, is where the film leaves reality and embraces fantasy. Narratives such as rapture need some fuel for their pontificate ideals to appear verifiable. Just as the left behind series was set out in an almost identical narrative, this film is set against the background of vast destruction. This stands in great contrast to what is written concerning end time events, which state (Daniel 11) that Satan shall come peaceably, spreading the spoils and wealth. and in Revelation 13, its also stated that he shall bear the appearance of the Lamb (aka Jesus Christ). Where this film might be considered a good thriller, its a far cry from the truth written concerning the end of this earth iteration as can be seen from what is written above. Will there be more warring among mankind? You bet there will be as Jesus Christ stated there Nation (Ethnos in the Greek) shall rise against Ethnos, this is cause by the use of Applied Dialectics as we have witnessed in the streets of almost every country in the world today. Also Jesus stated Kingdom (basileia in the Greek) shall rise against Basileia which means the property of royals. This relates directly to the royals mentioned in Daniel 7 which form the 7 heads of the global order written of in Revelation 13. These wars are defined specifically in Daniel 8 and 11 in their entirety. In other words Media Persia shall rise and conform into what eventually was the Seleucid Empire (King of the North). Likewise Egypt shall rise to form an empire much like Ptolemy (king of the South) This movie forms around human convergence into a global order, however biblical text only speaks of one global order which is the one lead by Satan for a period of 5 months and 42 months. Therefore this film is not a documentary, of biblical events. its a work of opinion based upon the narrative of it writer. A true documentary would simply answer questions based upon what is written, leaving the viewer to draw conclusion Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Read all reviews
