Rocky Lane (Allan "Rocky" Lane) is a respected member of the border patrol with a long list of adventures to his credit. This time, Rocky sets forth on his trusty horse, Black Jack, to clear the name of a dear friend (William A. Henry) who has been wrongfully accused of his brother's murder. When Rocky traces the real killer to a conniving gang led by the merciless Jason Fox (Rory Mallinson), he goes undercover and travels south of the border to join their wretched ranks.
