Rebecca M This movie is really hard to watch. The acting feels so forced. I really don’t like the way the dogs speak. The camera work is choppy a rough, the only reason I gave it 1 star is because my daughter (2) liked it. But she likes most things that have dogs in them lol Rated 1 out of 5 stars 08/23/24 Full Review Brian H Among the 5 worst movies ever made. Would give zero if I could. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 07/13/24 Full Review Audience Member 1. The acting is ok 2. The story is predictable (but it's for kids so I'll let that go) 3. The directing and camera work are not good. 4. But the editing makes this movie painful to watch. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Live action, family friendly, complete pap. The dog didn't exactly save Halloween--he saved his owners from being trapped in the neighbor's house after they broke in! Ah well, the kids liked it anyway. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member This one was cheesy and storyline didn't really add up, but, still ok for a family movie as the dog makes it interesting. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member This is such a rip-off of the 80's flick "The Burbs" that I'm surprised there wasn't a lawsuit. Even a "Monster Mash" song rip-off. My 4 year old loves holiday movies and movies with dogs atm. This was not too frightening (being halloween themed) for him & had the right amount of slapstick humour for his amusement.
