Audience Member An interesting but overly dramatized and cheesy look into the jack Thompson and GTA SA era of Rockstar. Right out of the gate this movie gives the feeling that the people who made this movie have no idea how gamers talk or play games (the few scenes they have people playing the game it looks like a gambling addict at a casino so entranced that they play for hours and look like they lost their mind) I found the acting to be meh especially with Daniel Radcliffe (kinda made Sam look like a dick so not sure if that's what he's like or just dramatized him for the movie) but felt like they didn't really do a lot of research and just made things like the Hot Coffee debacle more than it actually was. The fact that Sam, Dan, or any ex-employees from Rockstar games didn't help with this or gave this movie okay kinda speaks levels on how much authenticity it had. I would definitely be more interested in a documentary that featured both founders of Rockstar, Jack Thompson, and potentially other ex or current rockstar employees with their own words of what happened from the era.
