Richard Whittaker Austin Chronicle Putting the "fun" in "dysfunction" is what The Mitchells vs. The Machines is about, and what family doesn't have some issues? Jan 13, 2022 Full Review Esther Zuckerman Thrillist It's the kind of movie you immediately want to watch again and again. Jul 29, 2021 Full Review Jodie Hare Bitch Media In its celebration of these characters... this film demonstrates how indispensable every single one of us is, and how much those living with disabilities have to offer the world, if only people took the time to notice. Jun 4, 2021 Full Review Michael Clark Epoch Times What the “Machine” filmmakers did here is to point this out in a humorous and lighthearted manner why AI is the last thing humanity needs at the moment. To be sure, it is a cautionary tale and does so without any furrow-browed, tsk-tsk, finger-wagging. Rated: 4/5 Jan 3, 2024 Full Review Jillian Chilingerian Offscreen With Jillian The Mitchells vs. The Machines puts a new spin on the dysfunctional family trope by setting it in the midst of a smartphone apocalypse. Aug 22, 2023 Full Review Rick Bentley KGET-TV (Bakersfield, CA) Rianda and Rowe deliver their smart script with animation that ranges from traditional to chaotic. Even when the presentation jumps around, the film never loses focus. Rated: 3.5/4 Aug 10, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews

Kirk Seriously Loved this movie all over again!!! One of of the best animated movies of the year, one of the best movies of the year, and Definitely of the best MOVIES ever made period! I implore everyone who can go see The Mitchells vs the Machines in theaters Now and tomorrow. Had a wonderful time all over again and first timers will too! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/20/21 Full Review Audience Member You can see this more than one time. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/29/24 Full Review TROY S This is an amazingly fun movie from start to finish, benefited by some brilliantly stylized CGI that continues the trend that Spider-Verse started but taken a few steps further with some added medium blending that very much blew my mind. It also helps that 92% of the jokes land right on target. Did I mention that it also has a disarmingly astute emotional core? ❤️‍🩹 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/29/24 Full Review Audience Member I loved this movie so much and it represents what our world is becoming and it is just so rewatch able Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/31/24 Full Review Luis G There are very few animated movies that I've liked in the past decade. This one is not only one of my favorites but also one of the best I've ever seen. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/13/24 Full Review Read all reviews
