      Johnny Loftus Decider Not everything here works. Some of the shorts feel unfinished, like a quick sketch of a larger idea.       Zane U That Joel Havier or hoowever you say his name skit was so damn good. Too spooky so its mayor day, jesus that's funny also the apple bobbing onewas great too. But yeah i definitely hope joel and his friend thats always with him do more stuff with justin or just get more hulu stuff becaues..... yeah. that was great Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/19/22 Full Review Micah W I respect the gamble on giving small-time cast of animators creative control. But as an anthology with a loose through-thread of a narrative it fell flat. Individual stories didn't feel fully realized. Most were cut short and didn't integrate into the show as a whole. The "main" story relied too heavily on lampshading and 4th wall breaking to the point where it talked down to itself. Eventually you believe the characters when they keep repeating "this sucks, this isn't what Hulu wants". Overall, it seems the talented and creative cast collided with their own experimental structure to create a show less than the sum of its parts.
