Audience Member 160224: Klaus Kinski doesn't have a lot of lines in this whodunit spaghetti western but he's always a treat to see. Enjoyable film primarily because of the mystery. Two different murder scenes need to be solved in a religious but morally challenged town. The town folk have fingered their desired target, a troublemaker named Chester Conway (Kinski). Believing Chester innocent, a local prostitute (Mimma Biscardi) and a principled lawyer (Franco Abbina) hire gunman "Silver" (Gianni Garko) to assist them in their quest for true justice. Though I found one aspect of this mystery relatively predictable, the finale had me shaking my head: at myself. Fun, humorous, and enough spaghetti style to satisfy any western fan. As an added bonus, a sensible, even intriguing plot. Based upon story alone, one of the better spaghetti westerns I've watched in awhile.
