Audience Member The Scarlet Clue was another entertaining Charlie Chan entry--Chan Films Go More Comedic With Moreland!! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member ok entry in this serial but sidney toler not my fave chan Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review bill t Fun Charlie Chan vehicle here, as Chan goes to a TV/Radio studio to seek out a killer. Mantan gets all the best lines and he's less annoying than usual. Which I can say the same for Benson Fong. Is really quite fun and humorous, loses it somewhat during the final act though. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member This is a great mystery-themed film of the '40s era, and here in 'The Scarlet Clue' Charlie Chan takes his case on soap opera radio. Filmed in good black and white quality. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member Ok... a radio studio, a deadly cigarette, a shoe print & top secret radar plans. The only Charlie Chan where MMoreland & his partner do their comedy routine. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member My first exploration of the Charlie Chan films, and it wasn't bad. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Read all reviews
