Stoner J Some awkward directing choices throughout keep this from a five star review but overall a tense cabin fever movie that overall is very good Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/02/24 Full Review Stepp P Film of great originality, minimalist, dark, introspective, difficult to classify, difficult to understand, challenging. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/04/23 Full Review Mr. Archnemesis This is one of those movies that try's to be clever but collapses under basic scrutiny by people that actually know a thing or two. The politics is what you'd expect with a twist at the end that was a little pleasant, depressing, but pleasant surprise all the same. The actors did their parts well, they did a good job with the atmosphere and set. So it's entertaining but like I said those of us in the know are gonna be like wait a minute why would xyz do abc etc etc at the end. Frankly a far more compelling story could've been told if the writers had actually spent some time with these types of people than just come up with something based on stereotypes and preconceived notion's they heard on the news. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 10/13/22 Full Review Audience Member Silence is part of the film from the beginning and acts as a powerful weapon that, accompanied by speeches and words, denote a growing tension that rises to the point where everything breaks into pieces, photography plays with the contrast of light and darkness that helps maintain uncertainty, the movie surprised me even when I did not expect anything from it. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Tense, mysterious, and spectacular. A great script provides an underrated cast with a story full of twists and turns and an explosive ending you don't want to miss.
