I will say, the trailer made the film seem like it would have more high octane action, but whats in the trailer in terms of action is in the movie and nothing more. But, the writing, acting and cinematography made up for it. My wife and I really enjoyed the film, so much I actually want to read the book now.

Not sure why theres a lack of promotion for this movie. I didnt even know it was coming out. I saw it tonight and Im glad I did because its an exceptional film. The whole cast did great. Peter Dink stood out and really nailed this roll.

LOVED IT ! Made me think about a Coen movie. Fun, violent and all but with a more sensible touch. I was really moved by Lula and Jack. Even by the heavy, portrayed with intensity by Juliette Lewis. Beautiful landscapes, a lot of heart. Dinklage is at his best. A really good surprise.
