eva h ESSENTIAL VIEWING. A moving story of a retired doctor, a grandmother who tries to volunteer at a refugee camp on a Greek Island and grows attached to a young, orphaned boy, whom she tries to save. The story is compelling, the actors, brilliant, but the reason this movie is so important is that most of us don't really know what is going on with this Refugee Crisis. This movie, and The Swimmer, offer essential insights into a worldwide crisis that we have the power to heal, once we have the strength to look, and to understand.
