Julian B I saw this when it was first released in 1964 and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's still one of my favourite movies and, in my opinion, one of the best that Ian McShane made. I rated Virginia Maskell highly and it was so sad that she passed at such a young age. Great drama, excellent cast and another great Brit Movie.
