Roxana Hadadi Punch Drunk Critics [It's] certainly a serious issue, and one that deserves our undivided attention. It's weird, then, that To The Arctic 3D can't really focus on the topic at hand. Rated: 2.5/5 Jan 9, 2017 Full Review Alison Willmore Movieline Rated: 7/10 May 17, 2012 Full Review Sara Michelle Fetters MovieFreak.com I didn't feel like I learned anything new, and for a documentary that sells itself on doing just that the letdown I felt sadly wasn't much of a surprise. Rated: 2/4 May 15, 2012 Full Review Sandie Angulo Chen Common Sense Media Educational documentary explores life in the frozen wild. Rated: 4/5 May 22, 2012 Full Review Michael Dequina TheMovieReport.com Makes a most compelling and persuasive argument for preserving the rapidly diminishing Arctic ice. Rated: 3/4 Apr 25, 2012 Full Review Scott A. Mantz Access Hollywood To The Arctic overcomes its otherwise simplistic storytelling arc to succeed as a touching, thought-provoking and awe-inspiring triumph. Audience Member I saw it in 3D, but it was boring... Sorry... IMAX camera quality is fantastic! Polar bears are cute! Meryl Streep's narration was nice! But still boring... Only 40 minutes, but I didn't enjoy it... Sorry... Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member BEAUTIFUL Polar bears!! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review troy k Beautiful and has a lot of wow factor, especially the 3D IMAX intro is excellent for showing off your 3D system, but for the most part, this doc tries too much in a short amount of time which adds up to a lot of nothing. Still definitely worth watching, even if it's just for the intro and opening credits (which are so 3D gimmicky that it is shameful). Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Very disappointing. Nothing more than a platform for the advocates of global warming. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member "Climate change propoganda"? Wow. Some people so resolutely refuse to pull their heads out of their deep, deep states of denial. 95% consensus of scientists worldwide believe the earth climate system is "unequivocally warming". It's a beautiful movie, and a shame that some refuse to see beyond their far right wing political blinders. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Even if you ignore the annoying Climate Change propraganda this is still a very weak documentary with little more than vague off at a distance footage of the animals and covers nothing you won't see in other much better nature documentaries like BBCs excellent Frozen Planet Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Read all reviews
