Charming (though a bit reverential) look at these groundbreaking and door opening twins. The filmmaker wisely cuts away from the subdued and ordinary framing concert at every opportunity using the music as a backdrop for the sister's fascinating history. I would love to see the Topp Twins tour with a reunited Romanovsky and Phillips.
