kate t A 55 yr old high powered businessman (Brolin), celebrates his 9 yr marriage to his 35 yr old houeswife (LeBrock) in an isolated, snow bound cabin with a 30+ something couple... just like in real life.... Brolin is planning to retire and let his 30 something friend (Larson) take over his job... IF... he passes the tests in the wilderness chopping wood, racing, building fires, etc... while the wife and Larson's girlfriend get assigned the housekeeping a cooking.... really... Brolin actually tells them that's what they're there for... The two guys sit down right away to a "high powered" game of monopoly (no kidding! I stopped playing that at about age 10 but, well it's the movies!) The young Larson has a pouting tantrum because he loses to Brolin, a 55 year old man that likes to hang out with 30+ somethings and they seem to like to hang out with him except when they lose in monopoly, ski races, etc.. If this doesn't compel you to want to see it, I don't know what will. Typical Hollywood casting and what not... how can('t) you love it?! No spoilers here... if you want to know the thrilling end and the build-up to,,,,, try to watch it yourself. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Read all reviews
