Hoi Y The way that this film was done brought so many aspects of gender dysphoria and transexualism to light in a very poignant and powerfully "stealth" way. Felicity Huffman's performance has made an impact on society with this film. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 08/28/23 Full Review Sydney M Was not sure if I would like this movie, but I really enjoyed it and thought it had good representation. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/18/23 Full Review cinephile f I like this movie a lot but the main role should have gone to a transexual woman actor or male actor. I don't understand why they gave it to a female actress. I love Felicity Huffman but I just don't find the perfomance believable. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Felicity Huffman is simply amazing. It's a must-see for most people, I think. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review steve d Huffman was better than the script, but it is a milestone in cinema. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Most of the plot lines are all too familiar from other road movies, but its sentimentality feels honest and Huffman's performance is outstanding (honestly, I think Reese Witherspoon owes her an Oscar).
