Frank, wanted by crime bosses for wishing to cease operations with them, has custody of twin nephews who recently lost their parents. Frank decides to hire the twins to take care of his twins. The movie was released in the mid 90's but screams cheesy 80's movie--from the hairstyles, to the clothing, to the cheesy songs many of which were composed by the Paul twins themselves. Even the background score felt like it was plucked out of an 80's drama like "The A-Team" or "Knight Rider" The dialogue was cheesy, with lines like "Sorry for being a chowder head," and the slapstick comedy was cheesy, with various twins sprinkled throughout the movie. With that being said, if taken at face value, for a cheesy 80's movie that was released a decade too late, it was somewhat entertaining.
