After a lab accident gives him extraordinary powers, including the ability to speak, a canine (Jason Lee) declares himself the protector of Capitol City and, especially, of a fetching spaniel named Polly Purebred (Brad Garrett). So much wasted potential with this Movie and Cast. This movie could've explored so much with the backstory other than being just a regular dog with powers and could have even took risks, but the CGI and heavy cliche points makes this movie a high miss and just as clumsy as Underdog himself.
