Dallas H It is a cheesy production about a widow vampire living in the California desert who bides some of her time creeping on a newlywed couple. The acting from the couple is corny and a step up from being amateurish. I appreciated the movie for being campy. It is produced and distributed by Roger Corman's newly created New World Pictures company, an iconic stamp of indie distribution for horror movies for a few decades. Upon my first viewing, I neither hated nor loved the film. I am in neutral territory at the moment. A second viewing later might push me over the edge to either side. I enjoyed watching it and found it somewhat entertaining if only for the random nudity and meandering storyline, but Holy Moses, it's not a horror film by a long shot, and it's never even remotely scary, so what the hell do you make of it? The film is chockablock with nonsensical dialog that left me scratching my head when I wasn't downright laughing. Fun, but no way am I gonna remember a single thing about this come next week. VF.
